Anupama engrosses herself in a book while Aadhya observes her, silently musing that Anupama’s actions seem aimed at impressing their father. Meanwhile, Ansh enters Dimpy’s room, having completed his bedtime routine, including conversations in Gujarati with their grandparents and apologies to Mahi and Ishu. He embraces Dimpy, who reassures him.

Ansh expresses concern about the notion of a stepfather, having overheard discussions between their grandfather and father. He questions Dimpy about whether stepfathers are inherently bad, expressing a desire only for his grandfather’s presence. Distressed, he rushes off, leaving Dimpy pondering her father’s motives.

Elsewhere, Anupama fills the house with the serene melody of a bhajan, engaging in the ritual of tulsi pujan. Anuj, in Shruti’s room, absorbs the spiritual ambiance. Upon awakening, Shruti acknowledges the music. Anuj, moved, assures Shruti that he will join Anupama. After Anupama finishes her prayers, she privately apologizes to Anuj for her hesitance, citing concerns about Shruti and Aadhya’s reception. Anuj dispels her worries, affirming that their presence in the household signifies a new chapter in their lives, encouraging Anupama not to apologize for her religious observances.

Baa and Babu ji entered the hall, curious about Dimpy’s summons. Soon after, Kavya and Vanraj joined them. Dimpy wasted no time in confronting Vanraj, seeking clarity on whether his intentions regarding her marriage to Titu were genuine or merely a facade. Baa intervened, questioning Dimpy’s accusation against Vanraj. Dimpy explained her concern, citing Baa’s own words to Ansh about stepfathers being undesirable.

Vanraj denied disclosing anything to Ansh, clarifying that his conversation was with Babu ji. Dimpy emphasized the impact such discussions could have on a child’s heart. Vanraj countered, suggesting Dimpy might be hesitant to assume responsibility for them. Kavya chimed in, defending Dimpy’s sincerity. Vanraj assured them he would address Ansh’s concerns the following morning, urging them not to hastily blame him in the future.

Meanwhile, Anuj ushered Shruti and Aadhya for the puja. Shruti admitted her lack of familiarity with the rituals, prompting Aadhya to reassure her that true devotion lies within the heart, not in ostentatious displays. Anupama elaborated on the significance of the puja, explaining its role in nurturing the soul.

Encouraged by Anupama’s words, Shruti, Anuj, and Aadhya proceeded with the puja, accompanied by Anupama’s melodious bhajan. As the bhajan concluded, Anuj performed the aarti, extending the divine blessings to Aadhya, Shruti, and Anupama.

Anuj expresses to Anupama that she has brought positivity into the house, suggesting they should perform the Shank Nath ceremony. Anupama plays the shank and then proceeds to the kitchen to perform a small puja. As she tries to reach for the canister, Anuj hands it to her, and she gratefully thanks him. A song plays in the background, “Tum Hi Hamari Manzil My Love.” While making his coffee or tea, Anuj muses poetically in his heart.

Meanwhile, Aadhya searches for Anuj and comes across Anupama’s diary. She opens it briefly before placing it back where she found it.

Anuj, noticing Anupama’s activity in the kitchen, inquires about it. Anupama mentions she’s making Moong ki Dal ka Halwa, a favorite of Choti from her childhood. Anuj remarks that she still likes it. He encourages her to focus on the upcoming competition. Anupama expresses her dilemma of not being able to choose between the competition and her daughter.
